Jailer David Osborne led 24 members of Emerge Owensboro, formerly Leadership Owensboro, a group of professionals from a variety of industries throughout Owensboro and Daviess County, on a tour of the Daviess County Detention Center.

This group participates in a program that consists of a nine-month curriculum designed to explore various aspects of leadership. Their goal is to increase awareness and educate the members on the multiple issues facing our community and world. The tour of the detention center was included as a part of the Criminal Justice segment.
