Jailer David Osborne recognized 16 deputies as Field Training Officers. These FTOs are experienced members of the department that are responsible for the training of newly-hired employees. Not only must FTO officers be responsible for standardized training and development of new employees, but they are also responsible for the future professionalism and effectiveness of the department.
These officers have demonstrated the critical knowledge, experience and professionalism that every department strives to maintain. Their initiatives to make a difference while molding the future staff made these individuals prime candidates for the position of Field Training Officer. |
