On November 12, 2009, Jailer David Osborne presented the first “Keeper of the Keys” award during the annual Daviess County Detention Center Volunteer Banquet.  The award was presented to Jim McBrayer for his commitment to building the first Kentucky county jail chapel. Congratulations to Jim for his dedication to changing inmates’ lives for the better, resulting in an improvement in our community and making it a safer place to raise our children and grandchildren.
